Sewing Units
Technically fit and flexible machinery is used in six sewing units with following
capacities.
Production lines are including 97 flatlock sewing machines, 173 overlock sewing
machines, 195 cover-stitch machines, 22 bottomholding machines and 35 different special machines.
Daily sewing capacity is between 12.000 - 15.000 pcs depending on style.
Cutting Unit
Fully automatic GERBER CUTTER AND CAD / CAM SYSTEM. There are 6 choth spreading
tables, 3 cloth spreading machines, 4 end-fent cutting machines, and 12 straight (vertical) knives.
Unit capacity is approximately 25,000 pcs daily.
Quality Control - Ironing - Packing
Quality control is made in two steps: firts control for quality level sorting
before ironing and final control before packing. There are 57 vacuum tables and hand irons.
